For over a decade, PPGAV has partnered with Educators Rising to deliver their annual conference—a dynamic gathering of rising educators and teacher leaders. This premier event brings together 4,000 attendees for the General Session, complemented by 43 simultaneous breakout sessions. PPGAV, understands the complexities of orchestrating large-scale events like this. Year after year, we have flawlessly executed the conference with unmatched precision and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and organizers alike.
As a proud certified Veteran-Owned business, PPGAV was honored to support DAV (Disabled American Veterans) in commemorating the 10th anniversary of the American Veterans Disabled for Life Memorial in Washington, D.C. This meaningful event, held in collaboration with Theater of War Productions, featured a captivating live performance of Sophocles’ Philoctetes by renowned actors Chad Coleman, David Strathairn, and Ato Blankson-Wood. Despite the complexity of an outdoor venue, PPGAV showcased its expertise by seamlessly installing audiovisual equipment, audience seating, staging, LED walls, event tents, and even coordinating facilities such as portable restrooms—all within just a few hours.
At PPGAV, we take pride in rising to the challenge of supporting the National Association of Veterans’ Research and Education Foundation (NAVREF) with two pivotal back-to-back events. First, we seamlessly executed their annual conference, and just a week later, stepped in to deliver exceptional support for the Veteran Administration’s groundbreaking Million Veteran Program (MVP) event. Our team was honored to contribute to NAVREF’s mission of advancing personalized health care for all Veterans—and ultimately, for all Americans. The MVP event demanded an extraordinary level of detail and precision, and we were proud to help bring this transformative vision closer to reality.
